SUBJECT: Cannery District Sewer and Water Pipeline and Access Easement and Agreement.

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Sewer and Water Pipeline and
Access Easement and Agreement.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the Sewer Pipeline and Access Easement and
Agreement from the Cannery District Partners, LLC. The easement is to accommodate water
and sewer mains that are being extended throughout the site to provide service to proposed
buildings. Engineering staff has reviewed the document and found it to be acceptable.
