SUBJECT: Authorize the City Manager to sign as Grantor a drainage easement and a water pipeline and
access easement and agreement with Annie Street Cottage Homes LLC as Grantee to respectively provide stormwater drainage improvements and a new fire hydrant upon Lot 2B of Certificate of Survey 501, City
of Bozeman.

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign as Grantor a drainage easement and a water pipeline and access easement and agreement with Annie Street Cottage Homes LLC as Grantee to
respectively provide stormwater drainage improvements and a new fire hydrant upon Lot 2B of
Certificate of Survey 501, City of Bozeman.
BACKGROUND: The Annie Street Cottages development received final site plan (FSP) approval in
2007. The City received a proposal to modify a portion of the approved FSP in January 2015. The modifications requested by the applicant required the construction of a new fire hydrant as well as new
stormwater drainage improvements. The attached easements provide for legal access to these
improvements. Engineering staff has reviewed the documents and finds them acceptable for execution by the City.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None.
