LEASE EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS EXTENSION, made and entered into this 27th day of December, 2005
by and between The City of Bozeman, Bozeman, Montana 59715,
hereinafter referred to as "City" and Sage Creek Investments, LLC with a
mailing address of 2023 Stadium Drive, Suite 2B, Bozeman, Montana 59715
hereinafter referred to as "Lessor."
The City wishes to extend the lease dated December 2ih, 2005 for a period
of(1) year. The lease will increase 3% from the previous years lease
according to the terms of the original-lease and will total $5,564.90 due
December 27t\ 2005. The (1) year extension will terminate December 26,
2006. All extensions will be subject to the same terms and conditions of the
original lease.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this instrument to
be duly executed the day and year first above written.
