Message: A long standing city policy forbids building on the Burke Hill skyline, ie anything
visible from the city below. While the expansion of Aspen Point/Hillcrest to encroach on this
view caused considerable consternation years ago,it has not been violated until now. Associated
building in 'the Knolls' subdivision to the south of Hillcrest is violating the policy again. A home
xx29, clearly in view from below, is nearly finished. And to add insult to injury, building on lots
xx09, xx19, and xx39 is expected. [sorry not to have full numbers, I think the 'xx = 17'] I
encourage you to remember this city-wide quality-of-life policy, to keep the skyline clear, and
specifically, to ban building on the three lots mentioned. IF YOUR ACTION IS TO BE
