As a land owner in Bridger Creek Subdivision I oppose the use of Eminent Domain
for this purpose. Eminent Domain should be used only for situations in which public
would benefit. There is no public benefit in this case except for Mr. Murphy. This
property was set aside as a wetlands and not as a mini-subdivision.
I strongly oppose the use of Eminent Domain in this case.
