As a member of the BCSCA and past Board Member, I encourage the City of
Bozeman to grant Tom Murphy the easement he requests as I see it not only
a plus for the City but an enormous advantage for the Phase I residents not
to mention a minimal impact on allowing the easement across the public
trail. This would not negatively impact any homeowner property.
The City should move forward quickly in order to accomplish this goal and
get development underway during the upcoming Spring.
