I respectfully request that you deny Bridger Center LLC's request for eminent domain,
annexation file A13002. I acknowledge that I have not researched this application thoroughly
and therefore the information I have is limited. However, an acquaintance of mine who lives in
the immediate vicinity has given me his version of Mr. Murphy's intentions for this property. If
true, Mr. Murphy would use eminent domain purely for the profit he would gain by developing
this property and not for any real public need. Eminent domain should only be used when
necessary for the public good and not for the personal gain of one real estate developer.
