We am writing to inform you of our objection to the use of Eminent Domain by a developer to
obtain access to private property when there is no benefit to the general public. In fact, the
ONLY benefit accrues to one person, Thomas Murphy.
A number of local residents utilize the trails on this property, and enjoy walking with no
interruption of traffic and paved areas. Living in a city with such rapid growth we need to keep
as much open space as we can as evidenced by recent votes providing monies to fund these
areas.
