As a notified landowner within 200 feet of the twelve acre parcel of county property
between Bridger Center and Boylan Road,
u I am in favor the City of Bozeman providing the property access to basic
city services and leading to annexation.
The fact that it remains without adequate fire protection as it is neither
covered by county nor city fire departments but by the state, whose closest
fire engine is in Billings is disturbing.
Annexation of this area will add to the city tax base and provide the city
opportunity for an infill development.
❑ I am opposed to the City of Bozeman providing the property access to basic
city services and prefer that it be developed in the county.
