This letter is to notify you that the Bridger Creek Home Owners Association(BCHOA), has
agreed to grant permission for an easement through its property for access to your 12 acre
development; parcel COS-885.
BCHOA will grant access only under the following stipulations:
• Strictly Residential use per"Site Plan 2" (Attached).
• BCHOA Architectural Covenants are put in place.
If you are unable to obtain City of Bozeman approval to re-zone COS-885 from industrial
to residential,BCHOA will not allow access through its property.
