Please don't agree to sue me. Unfortunately that could be the result if you
agree to Bridger Center's ill conceived idea for you to take private property for
it's benefit. The cost in actual money paid to attorneys and consultants to
prepare your case against me and my fellow members of the Bridger Creek
Homeowners is not a wise use of tax dollars. Your staff has already spent too
much time on this dubious enterprise (I question why it is even on your agenda)
and the time and resources they will spend in the future can be much better spent
solving the real problems that face our City.
I urge your NO vote on this matter.
