Good afternoon
My name is Linda Boylan Barker and I live at 2415 Birdie Dr #A Bozeman , Montana
I am writing you to express my opposition to Mr. Murphy's request for the City of Bozeman to pursue
Eminent Domain in order for him to have emergency access and utility easement from Boylan Road for
the following reasons:
A - Mr Murphy say's he is unable to access City utilities and is unable to annex into the City. That is not
the case he can access utilities already available to the property through Commercial Dr.
B- Since there is no public benefit to city to take this through Eminent Domain and spend Tax dollars I
believe it would be better to keep the park and public trails intact, along with the open space and
neighboring wetlands.
