PUBLIC STORM WATER DRAINAGE AND RETENTION EASEMENT
Hinesley Family Limited Partnership No.1, a Montana limited partnership, of3663 Durston Road,
Bozeman, Montana 59718, GRANTOR, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grants to the Laurel Glen Subdivision
Homeowners Association, a Montana Corporation, of3663 Durston Road, Bozeman, MT 59718, the
GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, an easement for public storm water drainage and retention
purposes in, through and across the following described real property situated in Gallatin County, Montana:
A portion of Let 1, Minor Subdivision No. 201, according to the plat thereof, on file and of record
in the office ofthe Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana, and located in the South Half
of Section 4, T. 2 S., R. 5 E. ofP.M.M..
The easement is more particularly shown and described on the attached EASEMENT EXHIBIT, which
by this reference is made a part hereof.
The GRANTOR warrants that it is lawfully seized and possessed of the real property described above, that
it has lawful right to convey the property, or any part of it, and that it will forever defend the title of the
property against the claims of all persons. The GRANTOR further agrees that the GRANTEE may
peaceably hold and enjoy the rights and privileges herein granted without any interruption by the
GRANTOR.
The terms, covenants and provisions ofthe easement and agreement shall extend to and be binding upon
the heirs, executors, adm i nistrator's personal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
