PUBLIC STREET AND ACCESS EASEMENT
Bozeman School District #7. Elementary and High School Districts. GRANTOR, in consideration
of$l.OO and for other and valuable considerations, receipt of which is acknowledged, grants to The
City of Bozeman, a municipal corporation of the State of Montana, with offices at 411 East Main,
Bozeman, Montana 59715, GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, a four (4) feet wide perpetual
street and utility easement for the use of the public, in, through, and across a strip of land situated
in Gallatin County, Montana, the four (4) feet wide to be parallel and adjacent to the northerly
property line on the following described real property:
Located in the El/2 of the NWl/4, of Section 12, T.2S., R.5E., M.P.M., Gallatin
County, Montana: as recorded in Film 173, Page 2504, Film 150, Page 262, Film
188, Page 249, Film 185, Page 3957, and Tracts 1 and 2 of Certificate of Survey No.
1660.
The GRANTOR states that he possesses the real property described above and that he has a lawful
right to grant an easement theron.
The GRANTOR further agrees that the GRANTEE may peaceably hold and enjoy the rights and
privileges herein granted without any interruption by the GRANTOR. The tenns, covenants, and
provisions ofthis easement shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators,
personal representatives, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto.
