QUIT CLAIM DEED
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned, Bozeman School District Number 7 High School District, a 60% undivided interest
and Bozeman School District Number 7, a 40% undivided interest, the Grantor, does hereby remise,
convey, release and forever quit claim unto the City of Bozeman, a political subdivision ofthe State
of Montana, P.O. Box 1230, Bozeman, Montana 59771-1230, the Grantee, all of its right, title and
interest, including all future interests, if any, in and to the real property situated in the Country of
Gallatin, State of Montana, and which is described as follows:
One Parcel located in the East one-half of the Northwest one-quarter (E1/2 NWl/4)
of Section 12, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, M.P.M., Gallatin County, Montana
being a portion ofthat parcel ofland recorded in Film 150, Page 262 and depicted in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
THE PARTIES hereto acknowledge that this deed is executed under threat of
condemnation and therefore under ~76-3-201(1)(a) is exempt from all subdivision
req uiremen ts,
