SUBJECT: Bozeman School District #7 Sewer Pipeline and Access Easement and Agreement.
MEETING DATE: March 2nd, 2015
AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Sewer Pipeline and Access
Easement and Agreement.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the Sewer Pipeline and Access Easement and
Agreement from the school district. The easement is to accommodate the installation of a trunk
sewer main from Durston Road, north across the school property. Engineering staff has
reviewed the document and found it to be acceptable.
