Strongly encourage commission to NOT allow eminent domain for easement on Boylan Rd
as requested by Tom Murphy...what will start out as a " limited number" of vehicles would
surely grow over time...even the construction of 10 homes, plus all vehicles involved in a
new subdivision would increase the traffic on this circular street to a level that we did not
sign on for when we bought land and built our homes in this area - thank you for your
