I have been a neighbor of Zak Zokovi since he moved into his property at 417
North Plum Ave., Bozeman, MT in the early 70's. My property is bordering Zak's
on the south side. He is an unfriendly individual and has had little regard for his
neighbors since he moved in. Not long after he moved here he tried to push his
garbage onto our property with no remorse; however, I haven't had any personal
issues with him recently.
He is the type of person if you give him an inch will take a mile. I would be
concerned that any effort to expand his business could have negative affect on the
neighborhood. The problems he has in the neighborhood are of his own creation.
He has never made an attempt to get along with his neighbors. He has outgrown
his current property boundries. My own personal opinion is that his shop should
be moved outside the city limits where he has more room for his business.
