Message: Zakovi CUP "... allow the expansion of on-site manufacturing through the
establishment of a foundry finding the expansion is reasonable, natural and
incidental to the growth and use of an existing business with recommended
conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions." I am a property owner
nearby, and am opposed to allowing a metal foundry to operate within the
neighborhood. Foundry operations are considered heavy industry and should stay
within the M2 zones. Zac Zakovi can have his foundry work done at one of the many
local foundries in the Bozeman area. This would be a normal procedure for any artist
working at home. This would not destroy his business, as he stated. Kind regards,
