I am a property owner in the above subdivision and I am very opposed to Tom Murphy's taking
our lands for his commercial purposes.
If this goes thought I would financially support a Law Suit against the city and all parties in favor
of this" Land Grab".
I am sick and tired of the rich reckless developers just having their way with whatever they want
regarding zoning land use so they can line their pockets with more shoddy development. The
urban Sprawl taking place in Bozeman and Gallatin County is beyond reason.
By the way the whole area Murphy is talking about building on is subject to severe
flooding.....just wait and see when we have that "Big Run Off" in the next few years. I think we
have had enough disasters over here with the Land Fill debacle on our hands. We don't need
another Mess to deal with.
