and around Boylan Drive. It is unfortunate that our Board of Directors has continued to reject
ideas for developing our open space, which is next to Mr. Murphy's land. There are many
families and children who live in this Golf Course Subdivision who had hopes that this open
space would be developed into a park-like setting with play ground and basketball area.....the
board has spent our money elsewhere. I live in Phase-1 of this subdivision. Phase-1 has, by far,
the largest number of residents of our three phases. Without exception, my neighbors believe as
I do that Tom Murphy's project would only add value to our community and we wish to see it
move forward.
