Message: I would like to make a comment regarding the much talked about property of Mr.
Zakovi on Plum Avenue. I live not in that neighborhood but feel a threat in all neighborhoods if
a person is allowed to commence with a toxic activity in a residential area. The fact that there
was a permit issued many years ago does not obligate the City of Bozeman or the people living
in that area to honor that permit. Every thing about Bozeman has changed in 23 years, and I have
been here all this time. This request must be denied as a logical, rational, fair consideration for
