RELEASE OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN UPON REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, on January 3, 2014 an Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure
Payment of Deferred Development Impact Fees was recorded as Document No. 2471648 with
the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder in association with Building Permit 13-19332,
WHEREAS, Grantor has satisfied the conditions for the release of lien encumbering certain
parcels under said Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, the Grantee hereby releases all of its right, title, and interest to the lien
in the real property described as: Address of 5625 Saxon Way and legally described as Lot 11,
Block 15, Laurel Glen Phase II Subdivision.
