Dear Commissioners,
I hope you will consider positively the affordable housing recommendation that you
have received and make the decision to return to a set-aside of affordable housing
within housing developments.
With the rebound of the housing market, Bozeman is more and more unaffordable
for many of the people who work in Bozeman. To be able to increase the
opportunities for affordable housing is the right thing for the commission to do.
