The casement is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 22A; thence N 87012' 53" E a distance of 51.43 feet; thence S 000 20' 18" W a distance of 22.42 feet; thence S 89 () 35' 15" W a distance of50.87 feet to a point on the west line of said Lot 22A; thence N 01 0 02' 33" W along said west line of Lot 22A a distance of 20.29 feet to the point of beginning. Said eascment being 1092 square feet more or less, as depicted in the attached Exhibit A which by this reference is made a part hereof. The GRANTOR states that he possesses the real property described above and that he has a lawful right to grant an easement thereon. The GRAN'fOR further agrees that the GRANTEE may peaceably hold and enjoy the rights and privileges herein granted without any interruption by the GRANTOR. The terms, covenants, and provisions of this easement shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns ofthc parties hereto.
