TO: All Transportation Master Plan Update Proposers

SUBJECT: Changes to Proposal Submittal Requirements
DATE: January 28, 2015
Please be advised that a few changes have been made to the Request for Proposals to update the
city's transportation master plan. The changes are editorial in nature save two. First, as described
in Section IV, per the procurement requirements of the Montana Department of Transportation
(MDT), cost will be included as a selection factor. We are attaching the revised RFP document
which includes a link to the State of Montana Department of Administration web site which
describes the process to be used.
Second because we are making changes to the RFP process we feel it is appropriate to move the
submittal date back to Friday, February 27th at 5:00.
