NOW THEREFORE,the Grantee hereby releases all of its right, title, and interest to the lien in the real property described as: Address of 2931, 2933, 2935, and 2937 Warbler Way and legally described as Lot 4, Block 8, Cattail Creek Subdivision Phase 1.
