TRAIL CORRIDOR EASEMENT
Laurence V osti, President of Tablerock Ventures, Inc. and Fund of Funds, 2269 Chestnut
Street No. 909, San Francisco, California 94123, GRANTOR, in consideration of one dollar
($ 1.00) and for other and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grants
to the City of Bozeman, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Montana, with offices at 411
East Main, Bozeman, Montana 59715, GRANTEE, a perpetual trail corridor aceess easement
for purposes of preserving open space and establishing a public, non-motorized trail that will
connect previously established publie trails on nearby lands and thereby provide for and preserve
open space and recreational opportunities and assist in shaping the character, and direction of
development of City of Bozeman. Said easement shall be a thirty (30) foot wide strip ofland
situated in Gallatin County, Montana, which is located on the following described property:
A portion of land located in Seetion 36, Township 1 South, Range 5 East and
more fully described on attached Exhibits "A" and "B" which by this reference are
made a part hereof.
The GRANTOR warrants that he is lawfully seized and possessed of the real property
deseribed above, that he has and that he will forever defend the title of this property against the
claims of all persons.
The GRANTOR further agrees that the GRANTEE may peaceably hold and enjoy the
rights and privileges herein granted without any interruption by the GRANTORS.
The terms, covenants and provisions of this easement shall extend to and be binding upon
the heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns ofthe
parties hereto.
