Message: Greetings City Commissioners, I am a self employed architect in Bozeman
and have resided here (within the NCOD) for 26 years. I am looking forward to the
(potential) upcoming modifications to the UDC and how Bozeman handles downtown
growth. I have participated in many (+/- 18) privately funded residential and
commercial projects within the NCOD of Bozeman over the last 12 years. I think it is
very important for the Planning Department and City Commission to adopt changes
regarding infill within the NCOD. Many inconsistencies and outdated policies exist. I
also look forward to helping in this process. Thank you for your continued work on
