Consider the motion: I move to approve the minutes of October 7, 2013 as submitted.

1. Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims (LaMeres)
Consider the motion: I move to approve consent item F. 1 as submitted. G. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice
for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling
within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an
opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.

1. Home Page Cafe Preliminary Site Plan Certificate of Appropriateness and Conditional Use Permit to allow a restaurant with an alcohol consumption serving area at 201 East Main Street, Application Z13209 (Quasi-Judicial)

Consider the motion: Having reviewed the application materials, considered public comment, and considered all of the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings

presented in the staff report for application Z13209 and move to approve the conditional
use permit and certificate of appropriateness application with conditions and subject to
all applicable code provisions. 2. Provisional Adoption of Ordinance 1873, Amending the Bozeman
Municipal Code by Adding Authority to Section 38.23.180 for
Administration of Water Adequacy Requirements (Cooper)
Consider the motion: Having found amendments to Section 38.23.180, of the Bozeman Municipal Code are in the public interest, I hereby move to provisionally adopt
Ordinance 1873, adding authority for administration of water adequacy requirements.
3. Appointment to the Historic Preservation Advisory Board (Brunckhorst)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint Bryce Ledbetter to the Historic Preservation Advisory Board.
