Minutes – December 16, 2013 and December 19, 2013 Consider the motion: I move to approve the minutes of December 16th and 19th, 2013 as submitted. F. Consent 1. Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims (LaMeres) 2. Authorize Ellis View Subdivision Release and Reconveyance of Easements and Sanitary Sewer Pipeline and Access Easement and Agreement (Murray) 3. Authorize a Water Pipeline and Access Easement and Agreement with Timothy Barnard as Grantor for the Barnard Construction Master Site Plan Development (Heaston) 4. Authorize Pine Meadows Annexation Public Street and Utility Easement for the future extension of Villard Street (Murray) 5. Authorize Memorandum of Understanding between Gallatin County, City of Bozeman, Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency for a Risk MAP project on Bozeman Creek (Heaston) 6. Approve Resolution 4502, Authorizing Change Order 4 for the Hyalite/Sourdough Water Treatment Plant Membrane Equipment Procurement Project (Murray) 7. Approve Professional Services Agreement with Kendra Callantine & Company for Website, Marketing and Outreach on the Bozeman Energy Smackdown (Meyer) 8. Approve Professional Services Agreement with McKinstry Essention, LLC. for an Investment Grade Audit of City of Bozeman buildings and facilities (Meyer) Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items F. 1-8 as submitted. G. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. H. FYI/Discussion 1. There will not be a City Commission meeting the week of January 20, 2014 as city offices will be closed on the 20th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. I.
