Commission meeting Canceled on February 17th for Presidents' Day (Ulmen)
E. Minutes – January 27, 2014
Consider the motion: I move to approve the minutes of January 27, 2014 as submitted.
F. Consent 1. Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims (LaMeres)
2. Approve the Mayor's signature on a Certified Local Government 2014-
2015 State Historic Preservation Office Grant Application (Kramer)
3. Approve Resolution 4509, Intent to create a Special Improvement Lighting District No. 717 for Norton East Ranch Subdivision, Phase IIA (Rosenberry)
4. Finally Adopt Ordinance 1879, designating an initial zoning of R-1
(Residential Single Household Low Density) for the Pine Meadows Zone
Map Amendment in conjunction with annexation, south of Durston Road, east of Valley Drive, Application Z12298 (Riley)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent items F. 1-4 as submitted.
