record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
I. Action Items
1. Resolution 4560, Delinquent Garbage Charges (Rosenberry)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution 4560, levying and assessing a special
assessment for delinquent garbage charges. 2. Resolution 4561, Delinquent Water and Sewer Charges (Rosenberry)
Consider the motion: Approve Resolution 4561, levying and assessing a special assessment for
delinquent water and sewer charges.
3. Resolution 4562, Delinquent Weed Mowing Charges (Rosenberry)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution 4562, levying and assessing a special
assessment for delinquent weed mowing charges.
4. Resolution 4563, Delinquent Snow Removal Charges (Rosenberry)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution 4563, levying and assessing a Special
Assessment for delinquent snow removal charges.
5. Homeland Security Grant Program purchase of Bearcat Armored Response and Rescue Vehicle (Price)
Consider the motion: I move to Ratify the City Manager’s signature on the initial Grant
Application, Award Commitment Letter and Purchase Agreement for the Bearcat Armored Response and Rescue Vehicle.
6. Provisional Adoption of Ordinance 1898, Fellowship Baptist Church Zone Map
Amendment from R-3 (Residential Medium Density District) to R-4 (Residential
High Density District) at 1480 North 27th Avenue, Application Z14201 (Davis)
Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the ordinance, application, public comment and recommendation of the Zoning Commission and all the information presented, I
hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application Z14201 and move to
provisionally adopt Ordinance 1898, amending the zone map for the Fellowship Baptist Church.
7. Conditional Use Permit application to allow residential uses on the ground floor
of 2448 Gallatin Green Boulevard, Application Z14162 (Quasi-Judicial) (Davis)
Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all of the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application Z14162 and move to approve the conditional use permit with conditions
and subject to all applicable code provisions.
8. The Cannery District Concept Planned Unit Development for a multi-phase
commercial development located on 12.24 acres northwest of the intersection of East Oak Street and North Rouse Avenue, Application Z14075 (Quasi-Judicial)

Consider the motion: No motion needed. Review and provide comments on the PUD concept plan.
