Consider the motion: I move to approve the minutes of October 27, 2014 as submitted.

5. Depository Bonds and Pledged Securities as of September 30, 2014 (Rosenberry) Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items F. 1-5 as submitted.

H. Action Items 1. Mendenhall Mixed Use Site Plan, Certificate of Appropriateness with Variance application Z-14275 (to be continued) (Quasi-Judicial) (Krueger)
Consider the motion: I hereby continue the public hearing on application Z-14275, the
Mendenhall Mixed Use Site Plan, Certificate of Appropriateness with Variance application, from November 10, 2014 to December 8, 2014.
2. Cottonwood Corner Zone Map Amendment request on approximately 0.73
acres from B-1 (Neighborhood Business District) to RO (Residential Office District)at 86 South Cottonwood Road, Application Z-14292
(Saunders)
Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application Z-14292 and move to approve the zone map amendment with contingencies and subject to all applicable code provisions.
3. Resolution 4547, Creation of Special Improvement Lighting District 722 for Amended Plat Meadow Creek Subdivision Phase 1, Lots 8-15, Block 5 &
Lots 14-18, Block 9 (Rosenberry)
Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution 4547, Creating Special Improvement Lighting District 722 for the Amended Plat of Meadow Creek Subdivision Phase 1, Lots 8-15, Block 5 & Lots 14-18, Block 9.
4. Appointment to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board (Ulmen)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint Steven Blair to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board.
I. Executive Session Litigation Strategy The Mayor may close to the public all or portions of this meeting pursuant to Sect. 2-3-203(4)(a), MCA, if the Mayor finds the meeting involves a discussion of litigation strategy
