RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Commission continue the public hearing to February 2, 2015. RECOMMENDED MOTION: I hereby continue the public hearing on application P14027,
The Crossing at Baxter Meadows, Phase 4a Preliminary Plat Application, from January 26, 2015
to February 2, 2015. BACKGROUND:
This is an application for preliminary plat approval for a major subdivision to allow the re-
platting of 12 lots, Lots 2-7 & 10-15 in Block 3 of Baxter Meadows, Phase 4A Subdivision totaling 1.377 acres, into 10 single-household lots. The removal of the Restricted Size Lots (RSL) designation is requested.
Public notice of the hearing was given. Subsequently the public hearing date was changed to
February 2, 2015. To maintain notice requirements staff respectfully requests this item be
continued to February 2, 2015.
The Planning Board meeting took place on January 6, 2015. No public comment was provided.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None.
ALTERNATIVES: The City Commission has the following alternative actions available: 1. Set an alternate date for the public hearing.
FISCAL EFFECTS: None identified at this time.
