SUBJECT: Approval of the Liquor license renewal for Fin on Main and SVC LLC for
the calendar year 2015.
MEETING DATE: January 26, 2015
AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the attached application for renewal of their Wine license
for calendar year 2015.
BACKGROUND: The City Commission may grant a license to sell Beer, Wine or Liquor
(Bozeman Municipal Code 4.02.030 and 4.03.020) upon receipt of a completed city application.
This license must be renewed annually.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None
FISCAL EFFECTS: By approval, accept $1,000.00 in license renewal fees.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
