Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application from January 26, 2015 to
February 2, 2015.

RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Commission continue the public hearing to February 2, 2015. RECOMMENDED MOTION: I hereby continue the public hearing on application P14042,
Traditions Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat application, from January 26, 2015 to February 2,
2015. BACKGROUND:
This is an application for preliminary plat approval for a major subdivision to subdivide 21.38
acres into 22 single-household residential lots, five (5) multi-family residential lots, two (2) Open Space lots, one (1) Park, and with the remaining area as street right of ways with variances.
Public notice of the hearing was given. Subsequently the public hearing date was changed to
February 2, 2015. To maintain notice requirements staff respectfully requests this item be
continued to February 2, 2015.
The Planning Board meeting took place on January 6, 2015. No public comment was provided. UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None.
ALTERNATIVES: The City Commission has the following alternative actions available:
1. Set an alternate date for the public hearing.
FISCAL EFFECTS: None identified at this time.
