Main, Bozeman, MT 59715, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Montana hereinafter ("GRANTOR") and does hereby rclease and reconvey the following described easements unto Gallatin Center Limited Partnership, a Montana Limited Partnership, as follows: WITNESSETH WHEREAS the Grantor is the legal record title holder of utility easements situated across The Gallatin Center Subdivision P,U.D. Lot lO-Phase III, of record in Book J of Plats, Page 333, and utility easements situated across Lot 3 of Minor Subdivision No. 210, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana, WHEREAS the above utility easements were granted by Gallatin Center Limitcd Partnership by the following instruments: The Gallatin Center Subdivision P.U.D. Lot to-Phase III, of record in BookJ of Plats, Page 333, recorded on May t4, 2002 at the Clerk and Recorder's Office of Gallatin County, Montana. Minor Subdivision No. 210, recorded July 10, 1997 at the Clerk and Recorder's Office of Gallatin County, Montana WHEREAS no public utilities are located within the easements to be released and the vacation of the said casements will not adversely impact the Grantor's or the Public utility companies interests.
