I. Call to Order & Introductions of Attendees
II. Consideration of Meeting Agenda (Chair may make adjustments as deemed helpful)
III. Public Comment (Please state your name and address. This is the time for individuals to
comment on any matters falling within the purview of the Committee. Opportunity
for public input will also be provided in conjunction with each individual agenda item.
A given speaker addressing a given topic may speak at one or the other of those two
opportunities but not both. Please limit comments to a maximum of three
minutes. The chairperson may alter or waive these restrictions.)

V. Report on Results of Previous Actions & Consideration of Further Action
VI. Reports from City Commissioners, County Commissioners & School Board Members
VII. Reports/Requests from Police & Sheriff’s Liaison Officers
VIII. Reports from Non-Voting Official Committee Members (City, County, & School)
IX. Reports from Related Groups (BABAB, TCC, GVLT, Bike Walk Montana, INC, etc.)
X. Election of 0, 1, or 2 At-Large Voting Members for 2015
XI. Election of Committee Chairperson, Vive Chairperson & Secretary for 2015
XII. Implementation of Bozeman Community Transportation Safety Plan
XIII. Consider Support of Proposed Legislation Authorizing Local Gas Tax
XIV. Pedestrian Safety Concerns Near Monforton School
XV. Possible Extension Southward of 15 MPH Speed Zone on South Church
XVI. Additional Business (time permitting)
a. Consider making safety-related recommendations to Congress, the State legislature,
MDT, City & County Commissions, planning boards, & other review groups,
administrative bodies & advocacy groups on proposed projects and on policies &
budgets scheduled for consideration by those bodies or under staff review
b. Specific Sidewalks & Pedestrian Crossings (existing or proposed)
c. Individual streets & Intersections (e.g., Willson, College, Kagy)
d. Distracted Driver Issues (bills, laws, ordinances & educational efforts)
e. Consider Joining With Other Groups in Advocating for Safety Causes
