KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
That GEORGE E. WESTLAKE. 15008 S.E. Graham Road. Vancouver. Washinaton and
KAY H. MARTINEN. 401 Sunnvslooe Road. Yakima. Washinaton, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten dollars and OVC, lawful money of the United
States to them in hand paid by the City of Bozeman, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do _ hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the
CITY OF BOZEMAN, an easement for sanitary sewer purDoses, covering the
following described land, to-wit:
A tract of land located in the NE1/4 of Section 1, Township 2 South,
Range 5 East, P.M.M., City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is N38 degrees 28'34HW, a distance of 83.07
feet from the East Quarter Corner of said Section 1 (the East-West
centerline of said Section 1 assumed to bear N90 degrees OO'OOHE and all
bearings herein relative thereto): thence NOO degrees 41'18HE, a
distance of 259.44 feet: thence S89 degrees 28'43HE, a distance of 40.00
feet; thence SOO degrees 41'18HW, a distance of 259,10 feet, thence N89
degrees 58'26"W, a distance of 40.00 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 10,370.81 square feet, or 0.238 acres, more or less. General
location of the above described property is as shown on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
