Westlake and Kay H. Martinen 15008 S. E. Graham Road, Vancouver, Washington 98683, as Tenants in common the successors in interest of Myron Westlake and Aura D. Westlake, the parties of the second part. WITNESSETH The party of the first part in consideration of payment of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration paid to the parties of the first part, by the party of the second part, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said parties of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns, all right, title and interest in and to the following described real property situated in the City of Bozeman, County of Gallatin, State of Montana, to-wit: A tract of land 60 feet wide and 137 feet long, lying in the Southeast one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter (SE1/4, NE1/4) of Section 1, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, Montana Principal Meridian, Gallatin County, Montana and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Westlake's Second Subdivision of Bozeman, Montana, said point being North 88000' West a distance of 1252.9 feet and North 1016'30" East a distance of 30 feet from the East one-quarter corner of Section 1, Township 2, South, Range 5 East, Montana Principal Meridian; thence North 1 016'30" East along the easterly right of way line of the Interstate Highway 1-90-6 (13) 296 as now constructed a distance of 469.43 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing North 1 016'30" East along said easterly right of way line a distance of sixty feet; thence South 88043'30" East a distance of 137 feet: thence South 1 016'30" West a distance of 60 feet; thence North 88043'30" West a distance of 137 feet to the true point of beginning.
