QUIT CLAIM DEED
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the undersigned, Donald F. Wirtz and Carol A. Kunda, Grantors, currently residing at 5540
West Durston Road, Bozeman, Montana 59718, do hereby remise, convey, release and forever
quite claim unto the City of Bozeman, a political subdivision of the State of Montana, P.O. Box
1230, Bozeman, Montana 59771-1230, the Grantee, all oftheir right, title and interest including
all future interests, if any, including all future interests in and to a portion of the tract of land
\. described in Film 147, Page 2213, Records of Gallatin County, situated in the NWl/4NEl/4

Section 11, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, P.M.M., Gallatin County, Montana, being further
described as follows:
A strip of land, the north line of which is the north line of said Section 11; the east
and west lines of which are the east and west lines of said tract; and the south line
of which lies 45 feet, when measured at right angels, south of and parallel with
the north line of said Section, said south line being extended or truncated to meet
the east and west lines of said tract.
Said strip ofland contains 7,910 square feet, more or less.
THE PARTIES hereto acknowledge that this deed is executed under
the threat of condemnation and, therefore under ~76-3-201(1)(a), is exempt
from all subdivision requirements.
