EXCEPTING AND RESERVING, however, all gas and oil, beneath the surface of the above-described and conveyed premises, together with the right to extract the same, provided that in the exercise of such right the surface thereof shall not be disturbed, interfered with, or in any way damaged. R.5E.. M.P.M.. Gallatin County. Montana (Deed reference Film 138 Page 3779) and more particularly described as follows: All that part of Tract 1 of Cahill Subdivision, lying northerly of a line that is 32.5 feet southerly, when measured at right angles from the north line of the SW1I4 of said Section 11; and containing an area of 339 square feet, more or less. Only the above-described property is released from the lien of the aforesaid instruments. This release shall not affect or modify the obligations secured by those lien instruments, and these obligations shall continue in force and effect until fully paid, satisfied, and discharged.
