SUBJECT: Reappointments to the Impact Fee Advisory Committee
MEETING DATE: January 5, 2015

RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move to reappoint Rob Evans and George Thompson to
the Impact Fee Advisory Committee.
BACKGROUND: Two terms on this Committee expired December 31, 2014. Both members
have reapplied. Three ongoing vacancies remain on the Committee. One vacancy expired December 31, 2014 and the other two vacancies expire December 31, 2015.
The Impact Fee Advisory Committee, established under 7-6-1604, MCA, shall consist of nine
members to be appointed by the City Commission. The members shall be
the City Engineer; the City Finance Director;
a certified public accountant who shall hold no other public office or employment;
1 builder;
1 land developer;
2 citizens of Bozeman not employed in the development industry; and 2 other members as selected by the City Commission.
A majority of members must be residents of the City of Bozeman. Appointments are made for
two years. The Committee will act in an advisory capacity to the City Commission.
This board currently has three ongoing vacancies, two expired terms and two reapplying
members. Applicant seeking Reappointment:
