allow Zak to keep his sculpture garden. When friends and family come to town, I don't drive
them to the suburbs with carefully manicured lawns and landscaping, nor do I drive them to the
starter mansions near the water tower. People can see things like this anywhere. I drive them to
the northeast section of town where we can see imaginative and unique properties that reflect the
values and personalities of the residents and that make Bozeman an interesting place. Zak's yard
is an important part of this section of town, and the northeast section will be much poorer if he is
required to take everything down. Please allow Zak to continue with his livelihood and his
artistry, and let us keep this point of interest.
