To Whom It May Concern:
Please let this letter serve as notice that we are NOT in favor of the granting of the Conditional
Use Permit for the property located at 2282 and 2286 Gallatin Green Boulevard to allow two
apartment buildings to be built. We feel this would be detrimental to the area as it could create
a negative impact on the properties in the area. Some of the concerns are: further parking
problems, noise pollution, density issues, over-development, traffic gridlock, congestion and
possible impact to re-sale, etc. It is not our objective to stop growth but to protect our
neighborhood from any possible detriment.
Please take our concerns into consideration with the above application.
