minutes.

a. Approve minutes from January 14, 2014, meeting
D. Discussion/Action Items
a. Discussion regarding work plan and budget for upcoming fiscal year
b. Set agenda for March 4, 2014 meeting
(Possible motion and vote to cancel March meeting)
