SUBJECT: Approval of the Beer, Wine and Liquor License renewals for calendar
year 2015.
MEETING DATE: December 22, 2014
AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the attached list of applicants for renewal of their Beer,
Wine and Liquor Licenses for calendar year 2015.
BACKGROUND: The City Commission may grant a license to sell Beer, Wine or Liquor
(Bozeman Municipal Code 4.02.030 and 4.03.020) upon receipt of a completed city application.
This license must be renewed annually.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None
FISCAL EFFECTS: By approval, accept $2,900.00 in license renewal fees.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
