Message: I was at the meeting last night and I am wondering, regarding thefiber/broadband discussion, what is in it for the citizen taxpayers? The proponentswere all businesses, and that is fine, but it seems the businesses then should paypart of the cost. I realize they pay taxes too but it seems to me they should also paypart of the setup cost. Not much was said about the economics of the project but itseemed that the benefits would all go to businesses other than possible jobs for theelectorate.
