Minutes – November 13, 2014 *Motion to approve the minutes from November 13, 2014 C. Public Comment – Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the City of Bozeman’s Inter-Neighborhood Council. Please limit your comments to three (3) minutes. D. Monthly Neighborhood Police Activity Report (Police Department’s Community Services Division) ~10 mins E. Discussion Items 1. Determine Issues for 2014 State of Neighborhoods Address (Rockne and Brekke) ~20 mins 2. Review Neighborhood Recognition Ordinance – review ordinance (left off at 2.05.1150 Membership) and discuss changes that should be considered in the future (Brekke) ~15 mins 3. Possible Topics for January/February/March 2015 INC Agendas (Rockne and Brekke)~5 mins F. FYI 1. FYI from Deputy Mayor Carson Taylor ~10 mins 2. Future agenda items: 1)Review of drafts of application/checklist for creating a new Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Association bylaw template, 2)Proposed edits to NRO 3.
